Description of Program:

The Hobbs Community Based Clinic is designed to bring primary care services for eligible veterans living in the following counties:  Lea, Yoakum, Terry, Gaines and Andrews.

Services and Scope of Care:

  • Health screening
  • Health promotion
  • Health maintenance
  • Education
  • Management of acute and chronic diseases
  • Women's Health
  • Routine/urgent care services, such as:
    * Dermatologic procedures
    * Gynecological exams
    * Skin tests
    * Dressing changes
    * Immunizations
    * Optometry services
    * Mental Health

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
(closed Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays)
