Scheduling Appointments
Scheduling clerks will assist with all appointment management needs. If a Commuity Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the veteran may either call scheduling or their respective clinic between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Rescheduling of appointments will need to take place during regular working hours, and scheduling clerks will contact the patient to coordinate a new appointment.
Please call 1(800)472-1365 ext. 5802 (service area only) or (432)263-7361 ext. 5802 to speak with a scheduling clerk.
