Ms. JangDhari was appointed as the Director for the West Texas VA Health Care System, Big Spring, Texas on December 11, 2016. Prior to this position, she held the role of Associate Director at the Orlando VA Medical Center, Orlando, Florida, since July 2012. Previously, she was the Associate Director of the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, which included the Hawaiian Islands, American Samoa, Guam and Saipan.
Ms. JangDhari began her VA career in 1993 as an Administrative Fellow at the VA Long Beach Health Care System, and has held progressive positions of responsibility in several Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities, including the Network level throughout Southern California.
Ms. JangDhari has served as the National Director, Administrative Operations for VHA’s Employee Education System (EES), which provides education services supporting the workforce development and continuing education needs for more than 200,000 VHA employees. Ms. JangDhari also served as the Network Operations Officer for the VA Desert Pacific Healthcare Network (VISN 22) in Long Beach, California.
Ms. JangDhari is an associate of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a life member of the Interagency Institute for Healthcare Executives Alumni Association (2005), a graduate of the Leadership VA Class of 2004, a member of the Leadership VA Alumni Association Board of Directors and the VHA Executive Career Field Program (2003). She is a graduate of the USDA Women’s Executive Leadership Program (1995), and serves as a mentor for the VHA Executive Candidate Development Program and VHA Executive Career Field Program.
Born and educated in Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. JangDhari is a graduate of Meharry Medical College with a Master of Science degree in Public Health, and a Tennessee State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Mr. Davila joined the VA family in early 1996, and was appointed as Associate Director in April of 2015. He has held various positions in Facilities Management, Biomedical Engineering, and Logistics Operations as Chief Logistics Officer, throughout his career. A longtime resident of West Texas, He is proud to serve the Veterans of far west Texas and New Mexico. His daily actions sustain his goal to ensure the mission of the Department Of Veterans Affairs is always paramount, as is his support of continuing to build a world-class health care system in the region.
